The Aero range is characterised by maximum durability within an ultra-lightweight structure. The beta-titanium frame provides absolute stability and flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

Maximum resistance in an ultra-light structure

In the development of the BF Aero series the main objective was to incorporate the maximum resistance and technical expertise possible, in an ultra-light structure.

The frame’s structure uses 0.7 mm beta-titanium sheets for the front piece to give absolute stability to the glasses and 0.5 mm for the temples to guarantee flexibility and maximum comfort for the wearer.

The Aero hinge

We developed a hinge which is innovative and customized in form, yet traditional from a micro-mechanical point of view: a solid, stable and easy-to-regulate hinge.

Aero Tilt Pad

Blackﬁn Aero offers new, reduced dimension Tilt Pad, speciﬁcally developed to adapt to the minimal aesthetics and reduced frame weight. These new pads can be used in any Blackﬁn product.
